Job Description

Role Purpose
A Senior Building Surveyor to work on diverse projects across Education, Commercial, Emergency Services, and Health sector.

The Ideal Candidate:

MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) status.
Building Surveying Degree or equivalent
Expertise in building surveying.
Must efficiently manage programs to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
Experience in education, emergency services, healthcare and/or commercial projects is advantageous.
Strong client interaction skills are necessary to build relationships.
Proven leadership in interdisciplinary project teams is advantageous.
