⏰ Hours: Monday – Thursday: 07:45 – 17:00, Friday: 07:45 – 13:00
💷 Pay: £14.98 - £15.84 per hour
📄 Contract: Temp-to-Perm / Permanent

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Welder Fabricator (TIG) to join our team in Pershore. This role involves fabricating and welding various metal components with precision and accuracy. If you have a keen eye for detail and experience in high-quality welding, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
✅ Measure, cut, shape, and weld metal components to specification.
✅ Set up and maintain TIG welding equipment.
✅ Ensure high-quality welds with proper penetration and fusion.
✅ Inspect finished work, making necessary adjustments or repairs.
✅ Operate fabrication tools including grinders, shears, and press brakes.

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator, with TIG welding expertise.
🔹 Strong ability to read and work from technical drawings.
🔹 Knowledge of different metal types and welding characteristics.
🔹 Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Motorsport, or similar industries is a plus.
🔹 Familiarity with BS EN ISO 3834-2, BS EN 15085-2, and DIN 2303 Q2 welding standards.
🔹 Previously certified ISO 9606-1/2 or equivalent (ASME IX, AWS D17.1).
🔹 NVQ/City & Guilds or similar qualification in Welding & Fabrication.
🔹 CSWIP 3.0 or PCN (VT) Lvl I certification is desirable.
