Aluminium TIG Welder - Permanent Position

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (D.O.E.)

Are you a skilled Aluminium TIG Welder with a passion for precision and a proven track record in aluminium welding? We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our clients growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the Role:
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
- Friday: 08:00 - 13:00

Key Responsibilities:
- Welding small to medium-sized aluminium components with precision.
- Performing production welding to achieve set targets.
- Preparing and setting up welding equipment as needed.
- Using a variety of handheld tools for pre-welding preparation.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings with accuracy.

About You:
- 5+ years' experience in TIG welding, specifically with aluminium materials.
- A background in the automotive or military manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet production targets consistently.
- Proficient in reading and working from engineering drawings.
