Residential Conveyancer - Locum

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER – LOCUM, 3+ PQE, CHESHIRE, HOLIDAY COVER, CIRCA £45.00 PER HOUR. A fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancing locum to join a welcoming law firm in Cheshire, covering annual leave. JOB REF: 9240

•A skilled residential conveyancer with at least three years of experience is required to cover two annual leave dates in May and June.

•You will manage a busy caseload of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new build.

•The firm are seeking applications from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.

•As a locum, you will be expected to independently manage your own caseload, with some support available if needed, while quickly progressing the existing caseload.

•This role is office-based for the duration of the assignment, but some flexibility for hybrid working may be considered.
