Job Description

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER – LOCUM, 3+ PQE, CHESHIRE, c.£45 PER HOUR, HOLIDAY COVER. Locum opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer to join a thriving and busy law firm in Cheshire, covering for annual leave. JOB REF: 9135

The firm are seeking an experienced residential conveyancer to handle a busy caseload of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new build.

This role involves managing your own caseload autonomously, though support is available if needed.

This position is primarily office-based for the duration of the assignment, but there is some flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.

Applications are opened to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives with a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.

The firm is looking for a locum who can provide cover for two annual leave dates in May and June and is able to quickly adapt and manage the existing caseload.
