Customer Service Advisor
Redditch – office based full time
£25,000
Due to continued success and increased workload we are recruiting for a client in Redditch in their Customer Services department. They have beautiful, modern offices with free parking and you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience and building lasting relationships. As the first point of contact, you will serve as the voice of the company, ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. From initial inquiries to resolving complex cases, you will steer the process with a customer-first mindset, making thoughtful decisions that enhance satisfaction and trust.


Customer Service Advisor key responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders via email, phone, and online portals
  • Verify order details, pricing, and delivery schedules
  • Liaise with internal departments (production, shipping, sales) to ensure timely order fulfilment
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, or changes
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP/CRM systems
  • Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support


The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the following skills and experience:-
customer service experience ideally within a manufacturing business.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
High attention to detail and accuracy in managing customer inquiries, orders, and feedback
Strong problem-solving ability, proactively addressing challenges and finding solutions
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a customer-first approach
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service with a flexible attitude to getting things done
Previous experience in customer service, order management, or a related role within a fast-paced environment
Strong background in handling service requests, quotations, and order processing
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Office), order tracking tools, and customer engagement platforms
