Job Title: Assembler Operative
Location: Wolverhampton
Job Type: [Full-Time] 37 Hours per week Monday to Friday 
Salary: £12:50

We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our production team and help us maintain the high-quality standards .

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electric locks and locking systems according to technical schematics and instructions.
  
  
• Solder wires, install components, and ensure proper alignment and connection of parts.
  
  
• Conduct functional and quality checks on completed units.
  
  
• Maintain accurate assembly records and report defects or assembly issues.
  
  
• Work closely with team leads and quality control to ensure production targets are met.
  
  
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
  
  
• Input Customer data into computer 
  
  

 

Requirements:

• Prior experience in electronics assembly or a manufacturing environment preferred.
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and wiring diagrams.
  
  
• Steady hand and good manual dexterity for small component assembly.
  
  
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  
• Basic Computer skills
