Adult Social Worker

Vox Consultants are hiring for an Adult Social Worker for a Local Authority based in Merseyside. Please note, this is a Locum Opportunity.
Please do not apply for this role if you are not a Qualified Social Worker and are not Registered to Social Work England.

You will be:
You will be joining the Adults Access Team; your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing assessments and reablement support, as well as assessing eligibility for ongoing support within the community.
• The Team works with adults over the age of 18 and have a varied caseload including safeguarding enquiries, hoarding concerns, substance misuse, older people, mental health and learning disabilities.
• Participate in duty work.

Essentials:

• Valid Right to Work in the UK.
• Hold a Social Work Degree and has completed an ASYE with 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
• Registered to Social Work England.
• Industry relevant Frontline Experience.
• Up to date with industry knowledge and legislation.
• Subject to a clear enhanced DBS check.
