Band 4 building operative

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team! If you are an experienced professional with a strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines, we want to hear from you!
Key Requirements:

• Own tools & PPE.
• Ability to interact at all levels and work effectively within a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in various environments.
• Computer literate, with the ability to use basic software and systems.
• Satisfactory attendance record.
• Work hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
• Must hold a current, valid manual driving license.
• Ability to work to deadlines and on multiple sites across London.
• Willingness to participate in the Department's out-of-hours on-call system, as required.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard across various sites.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Be adaptable and willing to work in different areas of London.
• Ensure all work complies with current safety standards and regulations.
