Family Help Social Worker – West London

Pertemps is recruiting an experienced Family Help Social Worker to join supportive and forward‑thinking Family Help Service in West London. This is a great opportunity to work with children and families at an early stage, helping to prevent escalation and promote positive, sustainable change.

You will:

• Hold a manageable caseload supporting children and families through early help and targeted interventions
• Build strong, trusting relationships to improve safety, stability and family functioning
• Complete high‑quality assessments, plans and direct work
• Work collaboratively with schools, health partners and community services

You need:

• Experience working within early help, family support or statutory children’s services
• Social Work England registration
• Strong assessment and relationship‑building skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK
