Adult Social Worker - Mental Wellbeing Team

About the role:
Working with adults with mental health issues and within dementia services
We will require the individual to work with a caseload of around 20 to 25 service users / carers.
You will be expected to travel to Ceredigion and other counties when necessary to undertake assessments, reviews, care plans.

About you:

• You will need to be competent in their knowledge and use of SSWBA and MCA.
• Working knowledge of the court of protection process is desired
• A degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Registered with Social Care Wales/ Social Work England
• Completed relevant post-qualifying training
• Enhanced DBS check
• Excellent communication and written skills
