• Ensure project success by overseeing delivery, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead & mentor a high-performing team across onshore and offshore locations.
• Stay ahead of the curve, bringing expertise on emerging technologies to both clients and the senior leadership team.

 

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven leadership experience in automation, digital transformation, or similar fields, ideally within the public sector.
• A strong track record in sales and business growth within a consulting environment.
• Expertise in delivering complex technical projects, ensuring they align with client needs and industry best practices.
• Deep knowledge of automation technologies and digital transformation frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership & communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
