Job title: Administrator / Customer service
Location: Tolvaddon, Camborne
Salary: £13.48 per hour
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday 09:20 – 17:15 (37 hours per week)
Expected length of contract: 3 Months
About the role:
We are seeking two reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Customer Service Centre as Administrators. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team in raising repairs, providing customer updates, and maintaining accurate records for monthly reporting. The successful candidates must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while meeting targets. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to take meticulous notes, are essential to this role.

- Previous experience with data entry.

- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.

- Experience in multiple system usage (Desirable).
- Prior customer service/call centre experience (Desirable).
- Ability to raise repairs as needed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
