Job Description
Your Role
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
- Handle internal communications and respond to emails or phone queries.
- Support operational managers with scheduling, record-keeping, and reports.
- Update systems accurately with delivery or workforce information.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
Requirements
- Previous admin or office experience.
- Good IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Other Information:
- Working Hours: 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday.
- Pay Rate: £12.71 with the option of weekly or monthly pay.
- Duration of Assignment: Until the 31/07/2026
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Leeds MC, Leodis Way, LS10 1AZ
