Job Description

Pertemps are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Cleaners to work at a busy Parcelforce Worldwide depot in Sunderland. This role plays a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment within a fast-paced parcel distribution centre.
Your Role
  • Clean operational areas including sorting floors, staff rest areas, toilets, and offices.
  • Maintain high cleanliness standards in high-traffic environments.
  • Follow COSHH and Health & Safety procedures at all times.
  • Complete routine cleaning checklists and report site needs.
  • Work as part of a cleaning team or independently across large areas.
 
Requirements
  • Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential training to be provided on site for the right candidate.
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow cleaning schedules and instructions.
  • Reliability and good timekeeping.
 
Other Information:
  • Working Hours: Tuesday – Saturday 06:30-12:30.
  • Pay Rate: £12.71
  • Duration of Assignment: 09/05/2026.
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Location: Sunderland DO, 9 & 10 Wearfield, SR5 2TG
