Estimator- Exhibitions, Events & Interiors

We are working with this amazing innovative design agency specialising in exhibition & events creating immersive experiences that captivate audiences and bring our clients’ visions to life.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join their team & be responsible for preparing tenders and cost proposals, ensuring accurate calculations of costs, timeframes, staffing, and material requirements in line with client specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating within the exhibitions, events and interiors industries, with the ability to balance competitive pricing with profitability.

You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to develop precise cost assessments, ensuring projects align with financial objectives while meeting client expectations. Your expertise in evaluating project feasibility, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and delivering clear, structured proposals will be key to supporting the company’s success.

Ideally you will have a background in, or knowledge of, the production/manufacturing industry and can prepare costings efficiently for tender responses and contracts.

This includes sourcing materials and services, liaising with existing and new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing to estimate costs, materials, and labour required to achieve the project specification.
