Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 07:00–15:00)
Contract: Temporary (27/06/2025 – 30/08/2025)

Are you a reliable and hardworking individual looking to make a difference in your local community? We’re seeking a dedicated Loader to join a dynamic team in Rhondda Cynon Taf, delivering essential services with pride and professionalism.
What you’ll do:

• Assist in the safe and efficient collection and handling of waste and recycling materials.
• Work as part of a friendly team to ensure high standards of service across the borough.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service while engaging with the public during operations.

What we’re looking for:

• A physically fit individual with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential – full training provided.

Requirements:

• Two years of professional references.
• A CV detailing your relevant experience.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
• Valid photo ID.
