-          Rate: £14.78 PAYE or £17.00 Umbrella PAYE

Job Overview:

As an online Healthcare provider, this Pharmacy carries out a range of testing and treatment services for patients. Your role will be in their non-patient facing mail-order pharmacy, supporting the supply and dispensing of medications to patients.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a team working directly alongside pharmacists and doctors. There are no pressure-driven targets, and it is guaranteed that you will have a lunch break out of the pharmacy every day. In addition, you will work with the customer support and operations teams to deliver efficient dispensary operations, building out the best service offering for patients.

Key responsibilities:

• Labelling, Dispensing, Dispatching – Labelling and dispensing a range of different prescriptions and preparing them for dispatch to patients across the UK
• Stock Management and Sorting – Support the wider team to help manage the stock levels of medications in the pharmacy including handling and storing of stock
• Maintaining Work Areas – Keep your work area clear and tidy at all times
• Order Processing – You will be required to use the database, tools, computer equipment and scanner to help manage the dispatch of medication and test kits from the office
• Excellence and quality – You strive for and help others achieve hight standards. You are instrumental in communicating, collaborating, and interacting with the operations team at all levels to ensure that the service provided to patients is excellent

Skills & Experience:

• Pharmacy Dispensing Qualification (NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent)
• Right to work in the UK
• Flexible to be based daily from the site in Milton Keynes
• Good understanding of UK Pharmacy requirements and regulations
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Team collaboration
• Effective communication skills
• Experienced with the use of a computer
• Good standard of spoken and written English
