Vitalis are recruiting within for a Qualified Social Worker to work in a Locality Team in Wakefield Council.
We require an experienced Advanced Practitioner in a Locality Social Work Team (childrens) based in Hemsworth, Wakefield. The role to is to undertake complex child protection work and taking on supportive role within the team, supporting lesser experienced workers and ASYE's, alongside taking on some Team Manager tasks.
Team of 8, currently have 6 in the team at the movement 
Carry court work, CIC, CP work etc as well 
Caseloads do fluctuate and aim for around 15 cases per AP
