Job Description
A secondary school in Redditch is looking to appoint a dedicated Science Teacher from September 2025. This long-term supply position is open to both experienced teachers and ECTs, offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, ensuring students are supported to achieve their full potential. The role involves full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, and assessment, alongside contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking Science department.
The Candidate
We welcome applications from qualified Science Teachers with QTS, including those completing their ECT year. You should have strong subject knowledge, excellent behaviour management, and a genuine enthusiasm for making Science accessible and enjoyable for all learners.
