Adults Social Worker, Lancashire
Pay rate, £33 per hour
Peripatetic Team
Role Purpose: -
Social workers required to support with triaging prior to people leaving hospital and completing reviews including DST's following hospital discharge in a timely manner. Social workers to cover duty to manage urgent tasks.
