Job Description
They are committed to supporting exceptional healthcare through innovative technology. The Digital Services team ensures seamless IT operations, and we are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to provide second-line support across all Trust sites.
Role Overview:
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues, support asset management, and contribute to the implementation of new technologies. You will ensure that our digital infrastructure operates smoothly and that users receive the support they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide second-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with asset management and maintain accurate records of Trust digital hardware.
- Resolve issues in line with Digital Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Contribute to the deployment of new technologies and deliver user training.
- Maintain ITIL compliance, including Change Control and SACM processes.
- Essential:
- Diploma in IT or equivalent experience.
- ECDL or equivalent.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Minimum 2 years in IT support.
- Proficiency in MS Windows, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, and networking.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver solutions under pressure.
- Full UK driving licence (travel between sites required).
