The Role
You will teach Maths across KS3 and KS4. Plan and deliver well sequenced lessons that build fluency, reasoning and problem solving. Use assessment to identify gaps and run short, targeted interventions. Mark to department policy and give timely feedback. Set purposeful homework. Maintain calm routines and apply the behaviour system with consistency. Safeguard pupils and keep accurate records. Contribute to co planning, moderation and enrichment where appropriate.
