As a SATs Academic Coach, you will work closely with Year 6 pupils, providing targeted support to help them achieve their best in their SATs. Your responsibilities will include delivering focused intervention sessions, identifying gaps in learning, and using effective strategies to boost pupil confidence and attainment. You will work both one-to-one and in small groups, adapting your approach to meet individual learning needs.
 
This role is ideal for a graduate with a strong academic background or someone with previous experience in tutoring or school-based intervention work. A solid understanding of the KS2 curriculum and SATs requirements is essential. The school is looking for a proactive and engaging individual who can motivate pupils and help them reach their full potential.
