As a KS2 Academic Mentor, you will support pupils in Key Stage 2 by delivering targeted small group intervention sessions in core subjects such as Maths and English. Working closely with teachers, you will help bridge learning gaps, boost confidence, and ensure that pupils reach their full potential. Your role will also involve monitoring progress, adapting support strategies, and fostering a positive learning environment.
 
This role is perfect for a graduate with strong subject knowledge and a passion for education. You should be proactive, patient, and committed to helping children succeed. Previous experience working with young learners—through tutoring, mentoring, or voluntary roles—is desirable but not essential.
