As a Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support under-achieving pupils, helping them to build confidence and improve their academic performance. You will provide targeted one-to-one and small group interventions, focusing on core subjects such as English and Maths. Your role will also involve assisting with lesson planning, monitoring progress, and fostering a positive learning environment.
 
This position is ideal for a graduate with strong academic skills who is considering a future career in teaching. You should be proactive, patient, and committed to making a difference in children’s education. Previous experience working with young learners—through tutoring, mentoring, or voluntary roles—is desirable but not essential.
