The Role
This Graduate Teaching Assistant role offers the opportunity to support pupils preparing for their SATs, working both 1:1 and in small groups to boost their confidence and attainment. You will assist teachers in delivering targeted interventions, track pupil progress, and provide additional support where needed.
 
The Candidate
The school is looking for a graduate with a strong academic background who is passionate about education. Previous experience working with children, whether through tutoring, mentoring, or voluntary roles, is beneficial. Patience, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach are essential.
