*** 1:1 and small group support in KS2
 
The Role:
This Teaching Assistant position involves working closely with KS2 pupils, offering both 1:1 and small group support to help them reach their full potential. You will assist in delivering targeted interventions, supporting literacy and numeracy, and helping to create a positive learning environment. Your role will also involve working alongside the class teacher to ensure every child receives the support they need.
 
The Candidate:
The school is looking for a patient, dedicated, and proactive individual with a passion for working with children. Experience in a similar role or working with primary-aged children is desirable, but not essential. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with pupils and staff are key.
