Key Duties: Supporting students with autism across the KS3 & KS4 curriculum
 
The Role
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students with autism, helping them to engage with the KS3 and KS4 curriculum. You will support their learning in lessons, implement tailored strategies to aid development, and provide emotional and behavioural support. Working alongside teachers and the SENCO, you will play a key role in ensuring students receive the guidance they need to thrive both academically and socially.
 
The Candidate
This role is ideal for a psychology graduate with a keen interest in educational psychology, SEN support, or mental health. You should be patient, empathetic, and confident in building positive relationships with young people. Experience working with children or individuals with additional needs—whether through voluntary work, tutoring, or previous school-based roles—is highly desirable.
