About the Role:

As a Year 6 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in preparing pupils for their SATs and ensuring they achieve their full potential. You’ll provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to help boost confidence and understanding in core subjects. Collaborating closely with the class teacher, you’ll also assist in delivering engaging lessons and tracking pupil progress.
 
What We’re Looking For:

• A dedicated individual with experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting.
• A proactive and supportive approach to helping pupils overcome learning challenges.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
