Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

As their Customer Service Administrator, you won’t just be answering calls—you’ll be the friendly voice and driving force behind smooth operations and strong customer relationships.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails—you're the go-to person for all customer needs.
• Help customers with their order queries and guide them through the process.
• Process orders and returns quickly and accurately.
• Handle complaints professionally and with a can-do attitude.
• Maintain fast, friendly, and effective communication, always aiming for exceptional service.
• Spot opportunities to upsell additional products—your input could boost business!

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and knows how to listen.
• A confident communicator who can build rapport and solve problems with ease.
• Solid experience in customer service or admin is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• A driving licence is a bonus (great for future growth opportunities!).
