Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons across key stages
• Assisting with planning, preparation, and resource management
• Providing targeted support to pupils, including those with additional needs
• Supervising activities and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere
• Contributing to the overall wellbeing and progress of students

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven HLTA experience in a primary school setting
• Ideally, hold a Level 3 HLTA qualification or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
