Early Years Teaching Assistant – Lambeth – Immediate Start 
Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early learning journey? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is looking for a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a nurturing environment, providing academic and pastoral support to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). 
 
The Role 

• Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant 

• Location: Lambeth 

• Start Date: Immediate  

• Salary: £105 - £110 per day (dependent on experience) 

 
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual who: 

• Has experience working with children in EYFS 

• Understands early childhood development and play-based learning approaches 

• Can support children with early literacy, numeracy, and social skills 

• Works effectively as part of a team, collaborating with teachers and support staff 

• Is adaptable, patient, and passionate about creating a positive learning environment 

 
Key Responsibilities 

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to young learners 

• Assist with phonics, early reading, and maths activities 

• Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment 

• Support children in developing their independence and confidence 

• Work closely with the class teacher to implement the EYFS curriculum
