Join a welcoming primary school in Camden as an SEMH Teaching Assistant, where you will lead intervention groups and provide tailored support to help students develop confidence, resilience, and essential life skills in a nurturing learning environment.

About the Role:
Location: Camden
Pay: £95-£115 per day
Start Date: February

We are looking for an individual with:

• Experience working with children, particularly those with SEMH needs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage and support students effectively.
• A proactive, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic school environment.
• A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading SEMH intervention groups to help students develop emotional regulation, social skills, and resilience.
• Supporting students one-on-one and in small groups, providing guidance to overcome barriers to learning.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a safe and supportive classroom environment.
• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
• Collaborating with staff to implement strategies that support students' well-being and academic progress.
