Adult Social Worker, West Sussex  
£38 per hour  
Working as a Social Worker in the Countywide review team, your role will involve working with adults from 18 years and upwards with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, neurodiverse conditions, acquired brain injuries, chronic health conditions and older people. The focus is to complete a thorough strengths- based review, but tasks will also include mental capacity act assessments and Continuing Health Care checklists and decision support tools. £up to £38ph
