You will be teaching a small class of pupils with a range of special educational needs, supported by a team of experienced Teaching Assistants who work collaboratively to create a nurturing, structured and engaging learning environment. Job Role:
  • Delivering creative, differentiated lessons for primary-aged pupils with a range of SEN needs.
  • Creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment where all pupils feel safe and supported.
  • Working closely with experienced Teaching Assistants to ensure pupils receive personalised learning and consistent care.
  • Supporting pupils with Autism, MLD, complex needs and communication differences.
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school team.
  • Contributing to an inclusive culture where pupils flourish socially, emotionally and academically.
