As a SEN Teacher at this school, you will be responsible for planning delivering lessons that are tailored to the individual needs of pupils. Previous experince teaching children with Autism, Communication Impairments, and MLD is desirable, however not essential. You will be collaborating with an experienced team of SEN Teachers and Teaching Assistants, who all support each other. • Teaching a small class with diverse SEND needs, delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.

• Using creative approaches to support communication, emotional regulation and independence.
• Building strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
