Job Description
Are you a compassionate and experienced SEND Teacher with a passion for supporting young people with special educational needs? A welcoming special school in South Birmingham is seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to work with Key Stage 3 and 4 students with moderate learning difficulties, including Autism.

As a SEND Teacher you will be responsible for planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons that support the academic, social, and emotional development of your students. Job Role:
- Teaching a small class of Key Stage 3 and 4 students with moderate learning needs
- Creating a calm, inclusive classroom that promotes positive behaviour and engagement
- Developing personalised learning plans to meet the individual needs of students
- Working collaboratively with support staff, outside agencies, and senior leaders
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate records
- A welcoming and supportive school community
- Small class sizes with excellent Teaching Assistant support
