This is an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Teacher with strong behaviour management skills and a genuine desire to support students with SEMH needs and complex backgrounds. You will be teaching small classes of Key Stage 3 and 4 students, delivering engaging and accessible English lessons that inspire confidence and progress. The successful candidate will join a supportive and passionate team who are committed to inclusion, resilience, and success for every learner.

Job Role:

• Teaching English to small groups of KS3 & KS4 students.
• Planning and delivering lessons tailored to meet individual needs.
• Building strong, respectful relationships with students to encourage positive engagement.
• Working closely with pastoral and inclusion teams to support holistic student development.
• Contributing to a nurturing and structured school environment.
