Pay rates £30 per hour 
Contract roles – Community Team 
  
We are recruiting for an experienced Adult Social Worker in the Bolton area. 
 
This is to work in a Neighbourhood team and you will be expected to work closely with our health colleagues to provide support to adults and their carers who may be eligible for assessment and care services under the Care Act 2014. 
  
  
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
