Adult’s Social Worker, Older People’s Team, Bedford 
Pay rate £35 per hour  
Contract role – Older People’s Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Bedford 
This is to work in an Older People’s Team 
Duties include : 

• Carrying out Care Act Assessments of Need 

• Taking on role of Lead Investigator in S42 Enquiries 

• Completing Mental Capacity Assessments 

• Attending DST meetings with partners in Health 

• Reviewing packages of care and long term placements 

• Completing work required for Court of Protection applications
