Pay rate – £30 to 32 per hour

Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult’s Social Worker in South West London 
This is to work in a Substance Misuse Team 
You will provide key social work interventions to those who might have care and support need resulting primarily from Substance Misuse but can co- exist with mental and physical health needs. A key part of your role would also be to support the service in ensuring that primary carers for this service users’ group are recognised, informed and supported to remain in their key roles 
 
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
