Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator looking for a varied and dynamic role? We are seeking a Sales, Accounts & Administration Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month temporary basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across sales administration, accounts support, and executive assistance to the leadership team in a fast-moving business environment.

About the Role:
This is a key role within the company, supporting multiple departments, including sales, accounts, and leadership. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes, making it ideal for someone with sales order administration experience (SAP preferred) who is eager to expand their skills in finance and executive support.

Key Responsibilities:

โœ… Sales & Customer Support:
  • Process and track sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders accurately.
  • Manage stock allocation and monitoring for customer orders.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide exceptional service.
  • Assist in process improvements and best practices for sales administration.
โœ… Accounts Administration:
  • Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to resolve billing issues.
  • Support with import administration and documentation.
โœ… Executive Support & General Admin:
  • Provide administrative support to the UK leadership team.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinate with various departments for seamless collaboration.
What Weโ€™re Looking For:โœ” 1-2 years of experience in a sales admin, customer service, or accounts role.
โœ” Strong organisational and time management skills.
โœ” Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
โœ” Proficiency in Office 365 and ERP software (SAP experience is a plus!).
โœ” Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
โœ” Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
โœ” Adaptability to handle shifting priorities and multiple responsibilities.
