📍 Location: Pershore
📅 Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (40 hours per week, start/finish times TBC).
Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
💷 Pay: £13.35 per hour

• Sunday Uplift: Additional pay for Sunday shifts.
• Saturday Overtime: 1 in 4 rota basis.

Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader with a valid Bendi Truck Licence? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team in Pershore!

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating the warehouse team to meet daily targets.
• Safe and efficient operation of Bendi Trucks.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and operational procedures.
• Supporting stock management and distribution tasks.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required to meet demand.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
• Valid and up-to-date Bendi Truck licence.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
