💷 Pay: £13.10 per hour
🕒 Shifts: Rotating – 2 weeks Monday to Friday 6:00am–2:00pm, then 2 weeks 9:00am–6:00pm
📄 Contract: Temporary to Permanent

A well-established food production company in Evesham is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join their team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with a passion for food safety and quality assurance.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out quality checks across all stages of food production
• Identifying and reporting non-conformities or deviations from standards
• Maintaining detailed inspection records and completing quality reports
• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene, safety, and quality regulations
• Liaising with production and hygiene teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in food quality control or inspection
• Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP)
• High level of attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
