Personal Advisor – Leaving Care – Barnet
Pay rate £27.48 per hour
We are recruiting for a Personal Advisor in Barnet.
You will be responsible for managing some complex and high risk cases and delivering high quality practice in all allocated cases to improve outcomes for young people 18 years – 24 years old and ensure a multi-agency approach to supporting vulnerable young people.
2+ years’ experience is required within Care Leavers.

There is plenty of hybrid working available (minimum 2 days in the office per week. Office is closed on Fridays, so staff work at home.)
