Business Development Director (Interior Design)

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development Director with a strong background in interior design. Our client, a renowned interior design studio specialising in multi-disciplinary interior design, is looking for someone to join their team and contribute to expanding their business and client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies that align with the studio’s vision and goals.
• Represent the studio at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote its services.
• Work closely with design and project teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional execution of projects.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline development, market shifts, and competitor activity.
• Be heavily involved in the ongoing strategy and long term vision planning for the business.

About You

• Well-Connected: You have an established network within the UK and UAE’s interior design markets.
• Proven Success: You bring a strong track record in business development, sales, or account management in the luxury or interior design sectors.
• Relationship Builder: Your interpersonal skills allow you to cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with high-profile clients.
• Strategic Thinker: You have a creative and strategic approach to finding and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Passionate About Design: A genuine passion for design.

This is a full-time office-based role, with the expectation to be out and about meeting clients. Opportunity to obtain shares in the business dependent on performance and ambitious development plans for the successful individual joining the team.
