Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospecting & Outreach – Identify and engage potential clients through both outbound cold leads and inbound inquiries.
- Building Relationships – Use your strong communication skills to connect with key decision-makers, establish rapport, and develop long-term partnerships.
- Sales Engagement – Utilize a combination of cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to create and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- CRM Management – Track client interactions and manage the sales process effectively using CRM tools (experience with CRMs is a plus!).
- Proven Sales Experience – Preferably in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Confidence & Initiative – You’re comfortable reaching out to new prospects and driving conversations that lead to sales opportunities.
- Outstanding Communication Skills – Ability to engage, persuade, and build relationships with potential clients.
- Self-Motivated & Target-Driven – A proactive mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Hybrid working model – Monday to Friday, with three days per week in the office.
