Account Director (Retail Design)

Are you an experienced Account Director with a strong background in working with high-profile Retailers? If so, we have an exceptional opportunity for you! In this role, you will act as a pivotal link between clients and our clients internal teams, including design, artwork, and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong client connections, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Secure and develop client accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion.
• Ensure all projects align with client briefs and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved.
• Build credibility as a trusted advisor, confidently managing strategic discussions with stakeholders.
• Inspire, mentor, and lead your team with passion and dedication.

Requirements

• Proven experience collaborating with large-scale Retailers.
• Extensive background in a senior client-facing role, with a track record of success.
• Strong focus on accuracy to ensure flawless execution of client projects.

Within this role you will be working Monday to Friday, and will be based in the office full time.
