Job Description

We are looking for a a driven, connected, and ambitious Business Development Director with proven experience within high-end retail interior design studio. Our client is a prestigious interior design studio specialising in luxury residential homes. You’ll be working alongside a team of creative professionals to drive business growth and expand their client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilise your extensive network in the UAE or US to identify and secure prospective clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our studio’s services.
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
  • Regularly report on pipeline progress, market trends, and competitive insights.

About You
  • Extensive Network: You have a well-established and credible network in the UAE or US luxury residential and design markets.
  • Proven Experience: A track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the luxury, or interior design sectors.
  • Relationship-Driven: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with high-profile clients.
  • Strategic Mindset: A strategic thinker with a creative approach to identifying and securing new opportunities.
  • Passion for Design: A deep appreciation for luxury and design excellence, with an understanding of the high-end residential market.
  • Results-Oriented: Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to exceed targets.

This role is full office based, with a start time of 10am.
